At Rettrose, each pair of our handmade embroidered footwear is crafted with love, care, and attention to detail. Because of the artisanal nature of our products, we have a carefully considered Refund and Returns Policy to ensure fairness for both our customers and our team of skilled artisans.
1. Return Eligibility
We only accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:
- The item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- The return request is submitted within 7 days of delivery.
- The item is unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags intact.
Due to the handmade nature of our products and hygienic concerns, we do not accept returns for reasons such as size issues, change of mind, or slight variations in color or embroidery. These slight variations are part of the uniqueness of each handcrafted item.
2. How to Request a Return or Exchange

Our team will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days.
3. Approved Returns
If your return is approved:
- You will receive instructions on how to send the item back to us.
- You are responsible for return shipping unless the item is confirmed as damaged or incorrect.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund/exchange.
4. Refunds
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

5. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. If a replacement is not available, a refund will be issued instead.
6. Non-Returnable Items
The following are not eligible for return or refund:

- Items that have been worn or used
- Custom or personalized orders
7. Cancellations
We accept cancellations within 12 hours of placing your order. After this period, your order may already be in production or shipped and cannot be canceled.
